Change is Coming
Calling all Organizers Educators World-Changers!
These are indeed unprecedented times. Capitalism and corporate influence is wreaking far greater havoc on society than when the original film came out in 2003. Today, we are mired in inequity, racism, injustice, economic exploitation at a scale not seen since the 1920s.
Are you ready to get work?
A “Just Recovery” means addressing the three crises: Climate, COVID and Capitalism. Intersecting with them all is the spectre of systemic racism. Our film offers a framework and a conclusion: corporations aren’t going to save us. That’s going to be up to us. So what to do?
- Step 1: See it
Together is better so why not organize virtual co-viewing with your group or class? The New Corporation is now available in Canada for digital streaming!
- Step 2: Share it
Tell people about the film in your own words. Subscribe to our app and share the stories with calls to action. Download our toolkit images and customize our posts.
- Step 3: Connect
It’s impossible to replace the theatre experience, but post-screening Zoom chats about the film are something new that we hope continue in the post-COVID world. Over the coming weeks, Cool.World will be hosting digital chats, Q & A’s and webinars with our partners to conspire, organize and take action.
